ShypBUDDY is like a one-stop shop for shipping packages. We've teamed up with various courier companies such as Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, and more. This means you can choose whichever courier service you prefer, all through our platform. It's easy and convenient!

Once the shipping label is created for your shipment, a representative from the selected courier will come to get your order. The first pickup might take 24-48 hours to arrange. But after that, pickups will happen regularly without delay.

When you use ShypBUDDY service, there are no fees to set up your account or any monthly charges. Signing up with us won't cost you anything! And we've made it super easy to pay for shipping using our wallet system. You can add money to your wallet whenever you need to send a package with us, which makes it really simple and convenient.

The time it takes for your package to arrive depends on the shipping zone.

The remittance cycle operates either weekly or early, depending on your chosen preference.

Create Warehouse

  • STEP 1 : From the left sidebar, click on 'Pickup Address'.
  • STEP 2 : Click on the 'Add Address' button to open the address form modal.
  • STEP 3 : Fill in the required details: CODE (e.g., 01), Warehouse name, Contact, Address, PIN code, State, and Status (mark as default if needed).
  • STEP 4 : Click on 'Verify' and then 'Save' to add the warehouse.
  • NOTE : You can create and manage multiple warehouses from this section.

Integration Process

  • DESCRIPTION : To integrate Woocommerce with ShypBUDDY perform the follwing steps
  • STEP 1 : : Navigate to the left menu and select 'Channel'.
  • STEP 2 : Choose the Woocommerce channel and click on integrate.
  • STEP 3 : Fill the required Details Like 'Woocommerce Store URL', 'Consumer Key' and 'Consumer Secret'.
  • STEP 4 : Click on 'Connect to Woocommerce' to complete the integration process.
  • STEP 5 : Navigate to the left menu and select 'Order' -- > 'Forward Orders'.
  • STEP 6 : For the very first time you have to Click on Sync Orders. your previous orders will be synced and from now onwards all the orders will be synced automatically.

  • DESCRIPTION : To integrate Shopify with ShypBUDDY perform the follwing steps
  • STEP 1 : : Navigate to the left menu and select 'Channel'.
  • STEP 2 : Click on 'Shopify' from the list of channels.
  • STEP 3 : Click on 'Integration'. It will redirect you to shopify page.
  • STEP 4 : Install the Shypbuddy India PVT LTD App. It will redirect you to the Shypbuddy app.
  • STEP 5 : Navigate to the left menu and select 'Order' -- > 'Forward Orders'.
  • STEP 6 : For the very first time you have to Click on Sync Orders. your previous orders will be synced and from now onwards all the orders will be synced automatically.

Kyc Documents

  • FOR INDIVIDUAL: 1. Check for store name availability and click 'Next'. 2. Upload and verify your Aadhaar Card and PAN Card. 3. Verify your bank account details. Once completed, your KYC will be marked as done.
  • FOR SOLE PROPRIETOR: 1. Check for store name availability and click 'Next'. 2. Upload and verify your Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and GST Number. 3. Verify your bank account details. KYC will be completed after successful verification.
  • FOR COMPANY: 1. Check for store name availability and click 'Next'. 2. Upload and verify your Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and GST Number. 3. Verify your bank account details. KYC will be marked complete upon verification.
  • NOTE: Ensure all documents are valid and clearly visible for smooth and fast KYC processing.
